Join Emily from Grazing Yorkes for an engaging and delightful picnic food-making class, where you’ll learn how to prepare an array of delectable dishes perfect for any outdoor gathering or special occasion. Over the course of 2 hours, Emily will guide you through the preparation of a variety of scrumptious picnic foods. After cooking, you’ll have an additional hour to enjoy a relaxed meal with your fellow participants.

What You’ll Make:

  1. Peaches with Burrata, Rocket and Basil on Ciabatta : Experience the delightful combination of juicy peaches and creamy burrata cheese. Emily will demonstrate how to perfectly pair these ingredients for a refreshing and elegant starter.
  2. Italian Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms: Discover the technique for creating savory, Italian-style stuffed mushrooms. These bite-sized delights are filled with a delicious sausage mixture and baked to perfection.
  3. Asian Chicken Lettuce Cups: Master the art of making these flavorful and crisp lettuce cups filled with a savory Asian chicken mixture. They’re a fun, interactive dish that’s perfect for a picnic or casual meal.
  4. Mini Quiche Wonton Cups: Learn how to create adorable and tasty mini quiches using wonton wrappers. These bite-sized treats are versatile and can be filled with a variety of ingredients, making them a great addition to any spread.
  5. Lemon Blueberry Parfait Jars: Prepare refreshing and sweet lemon blueberry parfaits in individual jars. This dessert is a perfect balance of tangy and sweet, and the jars make it easy to transport and serve.
